— Minneapolis, Minnesota. Commercial real estate and business law firm Hope Law PLLC proudly announces the addition of Stephani Sundry to its firm. Ms. Sundry’s expertise in the areas of real estate lending and borrowing, structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions, corporate real estate, real estate development, mergers and acquisitions, and general business counsel complements and extends the capacity of the Hope Law practice. With the addition of Ms. Sundry, client services expand to include complex land use and development projects, general corporate, business, and employment law counsel.

Hope Law founder and principal Roseanne Hope said of Ms. Sundry, “Stephani is an accomplished general corporate attorney and real estate professional with both law firm and in-house experience. Her focus on creating pragmatic solutions to complex legal and business issues has allowed companies to resolve problems, implement cost-saving measures, mitigate risk, and, most importantly, get business done.”   Hope went on to note that “Stephani assists clients at all stages of the business life-span— from founding to sale; her client service philosophy completely aligns with our firm: she is focused on providing quality, timely and value-added representation to clients.”

Stephani Sundry commented “I am thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with such an accomplished and respected professional as I step into private practice. I’m very excited to work with Roseanne to deliver expanded capabilities to our valued clients.”

Prior to joining Hope Law, Ms. Sundry served as General Counsel for a global manufacturing organization and as General Counsel and Director of Real Estate for a regional grocery retailer where she developed and implemented growth and business strategies to support its rapidly-expanding footprint of 70+ real estate locations, a manufacturing division and an online delivery system. Ms. Sundry has also served as Real Estate Director for a transnational consumer electronics corporation; and, as an attorney in private practice, Ms. Sundry has previously represented financial institutions and corporate borrowers, and provided legal guidance on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development issues. In addition to commercial real estate, Ms. Sundry also has experience in employment law and labor relations.

Ms. Sundry graduated from Hamline University with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Economics; she earned her Juris Doctor Degree from William Mitchell (now Mitchell Hamline) Law School.

Ms. Sundry lives in Shorewood, Minnesota, and with husband Craig, together, they enjoy hitting the links on sunny afternoons, spending time poolside with friends, and— most of all, watching their children play basketball, baseball and football.
